Job Description SummaryWe are looking for a summer intern to work as a Verification Engineer to execute manual and automated tests, develop test scripts, and debug & fix tests failures for a medical device development team. The testing helps prove the function and reliability of our products and designs. Some of the test executions and results will be used for regulatory submission thus you will also learn and gain experience on testing and verifying medical devices for regulatory submission. You will be a member of the team responsible for testing our wearable patient monitors. You will get a great opportunity to learn and develop various technologies.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Execute tests according to the test procedures and/or test scripts.
- Setup and maintain test environments.
- Report defects in product design and participate in technical reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze, debug test failures to find root causes, and implement corrections.
- Document the test results, setups for both engineering and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications and experience
- Studying a bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with Python, Linux.
- Attention to details - Meticulous in execution and recording of test results.
- Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written, for reporting defects and collaborating with others.
- Curious and inquisitive – ask questions and explore different scenarios to uncover hidden issues.
- EU work permit.
Desirable skills
- Good knowledge of software and hardware testing methodologies and processes
- Experience in automated testing
- Experience with continuous integration and DevOps integration
- Experience with GIT/GitLab
- Experience with Robot Framework
- Experience in software development
