EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Apprentice Program at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the Spring and Summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Establish practices, templates, tools and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization.
• Assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments.
• Sets and manages project expectations 
• Self-starter attitude who is ready to jump in and lend a helping hand on projects
• Critical thinking to mentally think through problems before executing solutions
• Develop and complete evaluations of current apprentices 
• Engage with managers and apprentices nationwide to promote and evaluate program
• Track apprentices and program to create success
• Willingness to learn from your mentorship as rotated between projects, assignments and teams as part of our growing team
• Strong attention to detail

You will be expected to work hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the availability to attend minimal evening recruiting events.

What You're Working With:

• Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
• You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
• You have high attention to detail
• You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
• You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
• You are a self-starter and take initiative
