Intern Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition department, we organize 3 Career Days as well as 2 Career Talks. We are seeking a motivated intern to support these events during the period of Q3 & Q4 of 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, event coordination and administrative tasks.Your responsibilities

• CV Screening: Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify potential candidates for our Career Days;

• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates to provide necessary information or to confirm their attendance;

• Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating and organizing presentations to be displayed during the Career days;

• Internal Meetings: Attend and contribute to internal meetings to keep team members informed about the event's progress and logistics;

•  Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks including answering candidate inquiries via email and organizing necessary documentation;

• Logistical Arrangements: Manage practical aspects of the event, to ensure all materials are prepared

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master related to Human Resources;

• Focus on Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment;

• Good MO Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);

• Good communicative skills
