Assist with planning and organization of campus recruitment events such as job fairs, site visits and DEME dinners organized for students;

Help with preparation and setting up of event materials;

Manage the logistics of recruitment events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and catering services;

Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks;

Conduct initial CV screenings to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements;

Perform telephone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role;

Perform other tasks as assigned to support the campus recruitment team
Your profile

Bachelor or Master related to Human Resources;

Focus on Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment;

Good MO Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
