Summary:
This paid internship provides hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest-growing benefit and technology firms. Interns will take on a broad range of responsibilities within the marketing and operations departments at Centro Benefits Research, LLC, gaining valuable exposure to key business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Interns will have the opportunity to shadow team members across Marketing, Operations, and Revenue departments, providing support through the Microsoft Suite and D365. This experience will allow them to learn the fundamentals of the benefits industry while assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date policy information.

Create and maintain accurate client records in management software, including policy renewals and updating import spreadsheets for new policies

Conduct audits of internal reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, utilizing pivot tables and other tools for thorough analysis and consistency checks.

Collaborate with the Analyst Support Specialist to assist the Benefit and Marketing Benefit Analyst Teams with additional tasks and responsibilities.

Education, Training and Experience:

In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
