Ingredion is hiring a Intern for Payroll based out of the GDL location.  This role will be reporting to the Senior Analyst Payroll and collaborate within a dynamic, team oriented environment.  This role execute payroll transactions for US & Canada business, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly stated. Participate in the month end and year end closing process as required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze, reconcile, follow up and clear old items with affiliates (mainly US 0450 side)
• Accrue invoices from Affiliates in USCAN payable.
• Send the invoices from affiliates to be processed in Esker.
• Process the invoices in Esker and follow them up with approvers.
• Clear accounts in SAP.
• Print IC non-trade invoices in PDF format.
• Send payment remittance to affiliates or AR team as requested during the month and at month end close.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Be studying to get Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Foreign language skills at a medium level in English required.
• Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
