Job Summary

Step into the world of beauty and creativity as our Project Management Intern! In this dynamic role, you'll be the glue that holds our digital creative projects together — from the first spark of an idea to the final flawless delivery. Supporting our powerhouse Digital Creative Marketing team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and looks absolutely stunning. Think of yourself as part traffic controller, part creative cheerleader, and all-around project superstar.


Responsibilities

- Be the go-to connector for cross-functional teams — from Brand Marketing and E-commerce to Product Development, Sales, and our Creative crew.

- Handle incoming small-scale creative requests and join briefings to ensure project goals are crystal clear before kickoff.

- Keep projects on track using our tools — managing timelines, sharing updates, and recapping next steps with style.

- Own the review and approval process for digital assets — making sure every detail shines before final delivery.

- Flag any potential hiccups and propose solutions to keep things moving forward (with a little sparkle, of course).


Requirements

- Recent post-grad ready to jump into the beauty industry

- Available to work Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm EST) + Friday (9am–2pm EST) 

- Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones (our team spans from California to Shanghai!).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, confident, and always on-brand.

- A multitasking master with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize like a pro in a fast-paced environment.

- Deep understanding of the creative and production process — from idea to execution.

- Skilled at managing and influencing various teams: brand marketing, ecomm, social, design, copy, and more.

- Ability to forecast team workload and build realistic, efficient timelines.

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Wrike Project Management System.
