Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract and analyze data from various data sources related to Cards, Remittance and Personal Loan business
- Develop or maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer behavior, product usage and performance
2. Trend Identification
- Identify trends and patterns in customer transactions, customer segmentation, risk profiles and customer profitability
- Present findings to team members or stakeholders with actionable recommendations
3. Collaboration and Documentation
- Collaborate with team members across teams and departments
- Document methodologies, process flows and results
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Analyze industry trends and competitor performance in the Cards, Remittance and Personal Loan market to provide insights for product acquisition and strategies
5. Customer Segmentation
- Assist in segmenting customer based on spending habits, creditworthiness and other behavioral metrics to support personalized marketing and product offerings
Qualifications
1. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programing language
- Familiarity with database management and querying

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to present data findings clearly and effectively
