The Opportunity:
Maersk offers a great opportunity for university students seeking to gain hands-on experience in various business areas. As an intern, you will play an important role in supporting our teams across different functions and help drive the optimization of processes, data analysis, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support different departments with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to improve processes.
- Perform research and provide insights for ongoing projects.
- Help with the preparation and management of reports and presentations.
- Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure smooth operation.
- Contribute to process optimization efforts across the business.
- Assist in coordinating activities between different departments and teams to ensure the flow of operations.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
We're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for global logistics, and innovation.
- Approval from the educational institution: You must have the necessary approval from your educational institution to carry out the internship as part of your academic curriculum. This is a mandatory requirement.
