Summary of Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a legal intern for the summer of 2025 to provide assistance to our legal department.
Essential Responsibilities:
ATC's legal department covers federal and state regulatory matters as well as litigation and general corporate/commercial legal and corporate governance work. You will be exposed to a wide array of projects in these various practice areas in a fast-paced environment.
This position will work to support in-house legal staff of an electric transmission company that is subject to local, state and federal regulation of its primary business activities. Assignments, projects and other duties will be as determined in connection with the work assigned to the attorneys in the department. Ideal candidates will have strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional legal research skills.
