About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Where you come in:

  • You work as part of a Product Development Team that largely involves defining design inputs, designing components and processes, verifying that design outputs satisfy design inputs, and validating user needs are met.  

  • You help develop design and quality processes that help the company achieve its quality requirements and comply with regulations, which may include supporting Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs), risk management and design control.

  • You perform analysis of data to identify trends, and recommend updates to products or processes

  • You assist in develop systems and processes that assure and improve product quality and improve process efficiency

What makes you successful:

  • You have a growth mindset willing and able to quickly learn new technologies, regulations, and business processes. 

  • Your experience technical writing that can be applied to the medical device or related industry will be extremely valuable to demonstrate compliance to CFR, EUMRD, ISO 13485 and related standards, regulations, and guidance.   

  • Your collaboration and influence through verbal and written means will be an asset 

  • Your ability to analyze data through statistical means 

  • Your analysis and interpretation technical procedures, international standards and government regulations, to assure safety, high performing products, and compliance

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent. 

  • Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $27.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
