Job Description
Reconciliation with ASR Department:
- Reconcile with the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) department on the accounting of reports.
FA Tagging:
- Print and apply new FA tags to replace those that have faded or peeled off.
- Print and apply tags for newly acquired fixed assets.
AIMPL Recoverable Schedule Management:
- Address and resolve outstanding items in the AIMPL recoverable schedule.
Collect on Behalf Schedule Management:
- Manage "Collect on Behalf" items in the B01101 & B01102 schedules.
Reconciliation and Billing Support:
- Assist properties with reconciling iGrow and Staff Claim Balances.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV) and billing statements for AIMPL and other properties.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
