Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • The Employee Experience, Engagement and Wellbeing intern will play a critical role supporting initiatives aimed to drive engagement, support retention, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • In addition, the role will plan, organize, and develop key activities for quarterly engagement days and wellbeing week, applicable for all Viatris colleagues, including researching vendors, workshops, speakers, and virtual events.

  • Develop engaging and informative communications and toolkits to promote employee engagement initiatives across the organization globally.

  • Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as appreciation and recognition programs, engagement activities, and wellness programs.

  • Help develop strategies around global company encouragement and recognition programs including potential vendor analysis.

  • Create presentation decks, and various materials as needed.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their junior year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a human resources degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent business writing skills

  • Strong project planning, detail oriented and analytical skills required.

  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

The salary range for this position is:  if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
