Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join The Workshop team as a Community Development Intern at Techpoint. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a co-working space.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Understand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewings
-
Create engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working space

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platforms

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and events

Facilitate the on/off-boarding process for clients
-
Assist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working space

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality and Event Management or any other related disciplines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva

Good interpersonal skills and approachable

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative community

Familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
