YOUR MISSION
Glovo Spain is going through a labour mode shift and we are creating a new department to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible. We are looking for an Account Manager Intern who wants to join an exciting new project at Glovo. This person will be supporting the daily operations and organization of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) at Glovo. This role will be key in ensuring smooth communication with logistics partners, assisting with operational issues, and helping with invoice reconciliation and accuracy of the reporting.
THE JOURNEY
- Assist in the daily coordination of third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring their operational needs are met.
- Monitor order volumes and performance metrics, identifying any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
- Support the invoice reconciliation process, ensuring that billing, pricing, and reported data align correctly.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and commercial) to keep all logistics-related information updated.
- Help prepare reports and analyses related to 3PL performance, financials, and operational improvements.
- Participate in meetings with logistics partners, taking notes, following up on key action points, and assisting in developing solutions for operational challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in logistics and operational problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset, Decisions with data rational are a must!
- Practical experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with other Data visualization software are a plus!
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward assisting partners and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
