Position Overview:

As an Intern in Global Quality Assembly & Test Central QA Engineering team, you will have the outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our mission of transforming information into intelligence. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Govern all SO(Strategy Objective) projects related to line validation, setting up regular SWAT meetings to arrange upcoming events and track outcomes from each site.
• Initiate kick-off meetings with the site GQ representatives and site quality leaders to determine prioritisation for line validation execution.
• Host SWAT (Strategic Workflow Alignment Team) meetings for SO project line validation arrangement, ensuring flawless coordination and execution.
• Finalize inputs from each SO project lead for line validation and share with all site GQ representatives for successful implementation.
• Continue to host SWAT meetings for upcoming events schedule arrangement, input finalization for FY25, and review outcomes to optimize workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to strictly follow guidelines and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Familiarity with SWAT meetings and project management.
• Proven ability to successfully implement and track project outcomes.
• Understanding industry norms and guidelines.
• Ambitious and driven with a desire to compete at a world-class level.
