This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution power to ensure brand consistency, innovation, and engagement while making a direct impact on Hunkemöller’s global presence. You will act as the key link between Marketing & Leadership, collaborating closely with E-commerce, Buying & Design, and other cross-functional teams. Naturally, you have an affinity with finance and excellent people skills, and you work closely with various departments to drive business results.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute a 360° Marketing & Communications Strategy
- Define and implement marketing & brand communication strategies that resonate with our consumers and drive business impact.
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns (digital-first approach, PR, influencer marketing, video, social media, omnichannel, and traditional media).
- Align annual marketing plans and budgets with senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROI and data insights.
- Drive innovation in brand storytelling and digital engagement.
Ensure Brand Consistency & Identity
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring all touchpoints align with Hunkemöller’s new brand identity, tone of voice, and visual direction.
- Oversee global brand campaigns, including above-the-line (TVC, OOH, Print, Radio) and below-the-line (Social, PR, Influencer marketing).
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team of ±25 people, including direct reports in Social Media, PR & Events, Creative, Media Spend, and Go-to-Market.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and consumer-first marketing.
- Own the Concept-to-Launch process, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Budget & Performance Management
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation for maximum impact.
- Report on marketing KPIs, brand performance, and ROI to the senior team.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in international brand marketing & communications, ideally in fashion, retail, or omnichannel environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams and large-scale brand activations.
- Strong expertise in digital-first marketing, paid/organic social, influencer marketing, and PR.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, and social monitoring tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive change and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
