The Opportunity
Kargo Commerce’s retail and ecommerce-centric platform, expertise and solutions drive industry-leading incremental sales online and in-store across all major social platforms.
Our data-driven and personalized omnichannel advertising solutions suite is proven to drive foot traffic, eCommerce sales and higher ROAS for retailers. Kargo Commerce bridges the gap between disparate data sources and sales across quality publishers and social platforms. With a focus on performance, our creative technology empowers marketers to design and deploy high-impact ad formats that drive breakthrough performance and win awards.
As a Graphic Designer for Kargo Commerce you'll report directly to an Art Director or Creative Director, and work as part of their team, in some cases with other graphic designers and graphic design interns.
The Daily To-Do
- Designing paid social ad campaign assets including promotional product overlays, videos and static banners.
- Researching and maintaining brand guidelines for clients
- Meeting with Success teams and stakeholders to discuss objectives and project requirements
Qualifications
- 2-4 years professional experience executing graphic design and/or motion graphics
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Video production and editing, or related
- Applied knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications - Photoshop, XD/Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Experience with video editing preferred
- A diverse portfolio that may include mobile, social, branding, advertising, web design, video and animation work; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered; online portfolios preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Have a passion for social media, data, and ad technology
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently, while being not afraid to ask questions whenever they arise
- Have a strong attention to detail and high personal standards of work
- Be highly organized and adhere to team processes and asset management systems
- Meticulous sense of detail with ability to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, environment
