Job Description
Within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function and sitting in the Investigation & Intelligence Support Services (IISS) unit, the Intelligence and Systems Analyst will be responsible for leading on various projects all contributing to enhance the company's ability to proactively identify and manage risks. The specific role demands a dedicated and forward-thinking intelligence professional who is proficient in data analysis and systems management and thrives on working in a fast-paced company, supporting all Group operations.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Own and lead end-to-end, in-depth analytical projects including, compiling final outputs, and holding accountability on deadlines and standards of delivery
- Support the implementation and manage the running of an industry leading GRC Tool across the Company (AuditBoard).
- Develop and enhance processes and outputs across IISS as well as identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Be able to effectively deliver presentations and demonstrations to internal and interdepartmental stakeholders
- Develop a detailed understanding of the company's clients, processes and procedures.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 6+ years’ of due diligence, research experience within corporate services, banking or business process outsourcing industries
- Expert in OSINT, HUMINT methodologies and trade craft
- Experience with GRC Tool ( AuditBoard) a significant plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in Excel or similar tools.
- Experience with system integration, automation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with corporate, legal and compliance databases
- Excellent observational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience of intelligence analysis software
- Expert report writing and presentation skills
- Aware of data protection legislation and implications
- Strict personal standards of confidentiality and security
- Motivated self-starter with an inquisitive mind
- Experience in mentoring and leading others
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities, able to work to tight deadlines.
