Treasury Training Role – Integrity – Client Education Manager

About the team
This role will work for the line of business to manage all training and accreditation elements for the key Treasury product Integrity.
The role will also matrix to the Training & Accreditation Manager within the Change Management & Leveraged Services team, who pull together all shared functions used across the division. This includes Training & Certification as well as Recruitment and Contractor Management. As a team our aim is to provide cost benefits and scale at pace.
What you will be doing Candidates will be asked to own and manage the training, including the scoping, design, delivery and evaluation of new and existing learning modules on our key Treasury product.
Working closely with SME’s and Learning professionals, you will be expected to identify gaps and updates needed to learning material and develop this into engaging learning. The candidate will need to build strong working relationships with SME’s, content owners, learning teams and key stakeholders to ensure that material is accurate and key milestones are met.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (requirements gathering) before commencing on any design/redesign work
· Design new modules and update existing content for the purposes of induction, new releases, new initiatives, FISU. Modules will focus mainly on product training in both Professional Services, but might also be used for Partners and
Client training too:
o Design face to face modules with clear objectives, agenda and scripts for delivering trainers/SMEs
o Design digital modules using a range of applications and methodology, e.g., Articulate Storyline/RISE, training scripts, workbooks
o Ensure digital modules are uploaded onto WeLearn
o Incorporate all learning styles within design (Pragmatist, Reflector, Activist, Theorist)
o Research the subject matter to become adequately informed of the topic
o Manage content delivery and timelines ensuring key milestones are hit
o Adapts existing training programs to suit various audiences
o Keeps up to date with new functionality in each quarterly product release and updates training materials and course content accordingly
· Deliver training modules face to face or virtually via MS Teams
o Deliver training on product implementation as a key focus, but will also need to deliver and facilitate sessions on soft skills, business process and best practice and the customer experience
o Manage relationship with other delivering trainers/SMEs and book time to deliver training
o Arrange sessions, the delegates attending training, provide supporting training documentation. Record all attendance.
· Own and set up Sandboxes for new joiners and any other relevant training modules requiring this functionality. Ensure suitable data is configured and maintained, manage the cleansing and updating of this environment.
· Evaluate training using the Kirkpatrick 4 levels and implement improvements in a timely manner. Report back any key areas or trends.
· Manage the accreditation process for all learning solutions.
o Update and enhance where required, seek feedback from stakeholders.
o Develop pass/fail policy.
o Record and report on pass/fail marks.
o Administer accreditation badges in a timely manner when stages are achieved by individual(s).
· Manage and administer the Global Training calendar for Integrity
· Collaborate with other L&D reps in Treasury, PS, CM and FIS to ensure consistency, sharing of knowledge, best practice, effort to reduce silos and duplication.
· Adhere to strict governance and control, i.e.:
o Identify signatories and obtain sign off for modules, approach, and ownership of training/processes.
o Record progress and updates using methodology such as project plans, RACI, RAIDs.
o Purge WeLearn/LMS (Learning Management System) of any outdated modules.
· Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with content owners and SMEs.
o Provide regular updates, reports and reviews to all key stakeholders.
o Meet regularly to establish learning requirements, learning demand and support required.
· Other related duties assigned as needed.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.
· Strong training program design and delivery experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams.
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
· Experience of working with AI solutions is desirable.
External Candidates:
· Experience and knowledge of Treasury (e.g., processes, procedures, services, operations, products).
· Experience in using/knowledge of Financial Systems.
· Recognised L&D Qualification.
· Experienced L&D Professional.
· Experienced in all aspects of the training cycle.
· Apply best practice learning design and multimedia principles to all resources.
· Experience in delivering a range of training, i.e., product, process and soft skills
· Experience in designing successful e-learning/multimedia modules through applications like Articulate Storyline/RISE, Camtasia .
