Integrations Specialist
Vividly is a venture-backed high-growth startup that aims to transform trade between manufacturers of consumer-packaged goods (CPG companies) and their retailer partners. We're developing an analytics-rich software system that replaces the current spreadsheet workflow that CPG companies use to manage their trade. We are seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic professional experience in the CPG industry to join the Customer Success team! If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude, you'll fit right in. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of SMB Trade, educating, supporting, and working alongside our customers.
What You'll Achieve
As an Integrations Specialist, you will become an expert on the Vividly software and CPG Trade. You’ll work directly with the implementation and engineering teams to build out our integration abilities with customers and internally. You’ll learn best practices around accounting workflow. You will be part time customer facing, adding new customer integrations to the system. Remainder of time is spent improving our integration functionality. To succeed in this role you are detail-oriented, and unafraid to dive into technically complex subjects, provide feedback for fast iterations, create documentation, and jump on customer calls to help chase down issues.
In This Role, You'll Help The Team:
- Deliver powerful ERP integrations to our customers, providing huge value to their process in time savings, data accuracy and compliance.
- Take leadership of the integration lifecycle. Ensure robust and scalable solutions that meet our business and technical requirements.
- Become a guru of different ERP’s by collaborating with subject matter experts for each. You will document and build a foundational resource for us to scale integrations off of.
- Support live integrations as needed, primarily to help troubleshoot and assist when customer ERP’s are updated.
- Work closely between Implementation and engineering team to automate internal functions and streamline process
- work closely with our engineering team on Vividly API, playing a crucial role in the growth of our integration platform.
You May Be A Good Fit For The Role If You Have:
- 1+ years experience of building technical solutions for product adoption
- Comfortable with GraphQL and Python
- Excited to work directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with Ipaas tools such as Celigo and Workato
- Not afraid of building integrations with on-prem systems
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly prioritize needs and risks
- Want to have a foundational impact at a Series B startup
