What are we looking to add to our team?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Integrations Solutions Lead/Engineer to architect and implement custom integrations between various ATS/HRIS/LMS systems and SeekOut systems. In this role, you will work closely with customers, product managers, our development team, and partners to ensure smooth integration processes and alignment with business requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Design and implement API and software integrations using technologies such as C#, JSON, ETL, XML, Python, SQL, Databricks etc.
- Implement custom integrations between various ATS/HRIS/LMS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, Percipio) and SeekOut.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate integration systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Partners to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy policies throughout the integration process.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency in C#, Python or SQL, with a strong understanding of data formats such as ETL and XML.
- Hands-on experience configuring software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Experience with API development, JSON and integration platforms like Databricks.
- Knowledge of software/system integrations, ideally in HRIS/ATS implementations, is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle and Percipio.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data policies is highly preferred.
