About the Position
We are looking for an integration software engineer. This person is a mix of a Python automation developer and a software setup installation developer. The candidate will be in charge of automation the installation generation process all the way to the endpoint agent installation completion. Processes include using python to automate C++ code compilations including code macros, open-source package security processes, automation of code obfuscation process and windows/mac/linux setup creation using tools such as "WiX Toolset", "AdvancedInstaller" etc.The most important qualities for this position is being agile, passionate, not afraid of figuring out how to design complicated automation tasks and pipelines for desktop installations.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Hands-on experience on Python Automation programming.
- Should have experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Jenkins, Git, Azure Code Signing
- Experience of build, release and deployment on Microsoft technologies.
- Windows Installer (MSI) technology with application packaging tools - WIX (3.x/4.x), InstallShield
- Build tools - MSBuild/Nant/Ant/Maven, etc.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- C++ Code Macros
- Code Obfuscation
- Artifact management tools - Nexus/Jfrog Artifactory, etc.
- Package management tools - Nuget, Conan etc.
- Basic proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
- Basic knowledge of Bash, C, C++, C# - Advantage
