The Integration Project Specialist is responsible for leading and executing key integration projects. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across global operations, finance, technology, and other teams delivering best in class project management and process improvement.  You will formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects utilizing project/program management techniques and methods.

How you will make a difference: 

  • Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables to align with business goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of progress.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through strategic risk management practices.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Engage and manage clients and stakeholders effectively, utilizing various communication channels to keep all parties informed and involved.
  • Lead change management initiatives and implement strategic deployment plans to drive project success.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Assess and allocate necessary resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
  • Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What will make you stand out:   

  • Proven track record of delivering business critical programs by devising appropriate project plans, providing relevant analysis, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience in project management across various levels, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to confidently make decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive projects forward with clarity and determination.
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly in software solutions related to business transformation and automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in desktop applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and database management.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data to drive informed decision-making.
  • In-depth understanding of organisational change and its impact on business performance.
  • Take initiative, works autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
