An exciting opportunity exists on our Customer Team. Hi Marley is seeking an Integration Manager to lead our Integrations team through our next phase of customer growth and the expansion of our partner ecosystem. You and your team deliver integrated experiences that help make the jobs of insurance professionals easier and the experience of policyholders better.  You will work as a trusted partner to our Product and Engineering teams to drive our integration strategy into the future.  If you are an excellent leader with that unique blend of technical acumen, process orientation, and excellent communications skills, we would love to have you join the team. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop, lead, and maintain an integration strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives and technical direction.
  • Serve as a key driver in shaping Product requirements to ensure integrations are both successful and scalable.
  • Define internal and customer facing processes and information flows, considering carrier and partner needs, variations in Hi Marley products and solutions, and the interaction model with Product and Engineering.
  • Manage relationships with customers and partners, ensuring smooth and efficient integration processes.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of integration projects and technical support needs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve needed improvements to workflows and product offerings to continuously improve.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and solutions, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for integration projects.
  • Support effective performance of the team through activities like coaching, development, and capacity management.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Technically Oriented: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and webhook functionality, including how data flows between systems. They should be able to read and interpret API documentation, test endpoints using tools like Postman, and troubleshoot integration issues using logs and monitoring tools. 
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading a team, with the ability to mentor and grow team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Process Oriented: Experience with developing and implementing processes for scale. Including but not limited to: methodologies for validation of changes, project planning, etc.
  • Curious: A natural investigator with troubleshooting/analysis skills and technical aptitude. Ability to navigate data and people to find answers. 
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent ability to communicate concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric: Empathetic, positive attitude with a passion for customers success. Orients problem solving around the needs of customers first before contemplating other important criteria and rationale
  • Adaptable: Comfort in a startup environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment. 
  • Collaborative: Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Works effectively with others to achieve shared goals, fostering open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect
