Role overview:
Integrate and support Oracle Opera and Simphony products with Planet's payment solutions. Solve technical issues, validate integrations, and document rollouts. Provide Level 3 support and collaborate with Pre-Sales.
What you will do:

Assist with integration, testing, and validation.

Maintain UAT environments.

Create user documentation.

Support pilot and production teams.

Engage in technical discussions.

Validate and deploy new features.

Train internal team members.
Who you are:
-
4+ years in technical payments.
-
Experience with Oracle Opera, Simphony, and related products.

Familiarity with Pax Suite and MDM MaxStore.

Oracle certification preferred.
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Knowledge of web services and APIs.
-
Excellent communication and time management.
-
Ability to manage stakeholders and shift priorities dynamically
