We are looking for an Integration Developer to join our development team and help enhance our Information Systems connectivity and processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, integrations, and leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize technical workflows across business systems.
What is the key purpose of an Integration Developer?
As an Integration Developer working on Information Systems in Tel Aviv, will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations while optimizing system performance and ensuring data consistency across various platforms. Additionally, this role will involve initiating, developing, and maintaining GenAI projects to enhance automation and data processing capabilities.
At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in Ramat Gan and Beer Sheva and are looking to grow to additional locations such as Jerusalem, where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams and socialize with friends.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
As an Integration Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations and system enhancements.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain GenAI projects to drive innovation and automation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical and business teams to optimize performance and resolve integration challenges.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data synchronization.
- Ensure system reliability and stability through monitoring, incident management, and best practices.
- Continuously review and improve integration processes to maintain high-quality, scalable solutions.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Strong engineering mindset with problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Hands-on experience in coding (Python, JS) and database work (SQL).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, JSON, XML, CSV, and JSONL.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT and integration design principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation.
It would be great if you also have:
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, etc.
- Experience or understanding of ERP and CRM systems integration.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) usage.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, or other business systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases.
