Integration Developer

As an Integration Developer on the Information Systems team in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations while optimizing system performance and ensuring data consistency across various platforms. Additionally, this role will involve initiating, developing, and maintaining GenAI projects to enhance automation and data processing capabilities.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong engineering mindset with problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Hands-on experience in coding (Python, JS) and database work (SQL).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, JSON, XML, CSV, and JSONL.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and integration design principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Make, n8n, etc.
• Experience or understanding of ERP and CRM systems integration.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) usage.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, or other business systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical and business teams to optimize performance and resolve integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data synchronization.
• Ensure system reliability and stability through monitoring, incident management, and best practices.
• Continuously review and improve integration processes to maintain high-quality, scalable solutions.
