Job Description
The Integration Developer, Customer Technology provides technical expertise to Cielo’s Talent Acquisition technology consulting engagements. Architect and build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements for our clients by bringing solid expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions. Source data from operational systems through extracts, integrations, and vendor APIs. As a hands-on technical resource, the Integration Developer, Tech Consulting will help design and build global analytics solutions to drive the next generation of recruiting.
- Location Specifics: Remote (Candidates should be based in India)
- Specific Needs: At least 5 years of experience as Java and/or Python Development; experience in Workday, Snowflake, Apache are a plus

- Shift Schedule: Applicants should be open to work on a split shift (day or AM/ evening or PM)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of analytical systems and determine priority of needs.
- Provide expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions.
- Develop, test, implement, and document technical engineering solutions to assist business partners self-service analytic needs, client reporting, and data consumption requirements.
- Optimize data integration platform to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes.
- Analyze, define, design, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and system environments.
- Work under broad direction and be fully accountable for own technical work, project responsibilities, and team deliverables.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives. Establish milestones and team objectives. Work can be either a component of a larger team effort or an independent effort as required.
- Advise on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to Integrations and make correct choices from alternatives.
- Champion technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization, with entrepreneurial spirting to build new solutions and drive organizational change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in integration development, preferably in a tech consulting environment
- Proficiency in at least one major integration platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus)
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with API development and management
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant integration platform certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi Integration Developer) are a plus
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
