Position Overview
As an Integration Consultant at Founda Health, you will play a vital role in the successful technical implementation of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems and third-party healthcare tools. Acting as the technical lead during project delivery, you will troubleshoot, configure, and train teams, bridging the gap between customer requirements and system capabilities. Your work will directly impact the customer’s success by enabling efficient and secure healthcare data exchange.
Role & ResponsibilitiesSolution Design
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to gather and translate customer needs into actionable technical scopes.
- Provide technical guidance during deep-dive discussions and support product demonstrations.
Solution Implementation & Integration
- Oversee the configuration, integration, and deployment of healthcare solutions, adhering to the architectural blueprint.
- Ensure interoperability through standards like HL7, DICOM, and FHIR when integrating third-party systems (e.g., EHR, PACS, MPI).
- Customize system configurations to meet customer operational requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct system testing and validation to meet technical and functional specifications.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues during implementation.
Project Management
- Translate customer requirements into technical implementation plans and manage end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate project records and status updates in project management systems.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth implementation processes.
- Provide updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
Product Development Scope & Testing
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Support the development of test scenarios to validate solution integrity.
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify optimization opportunities.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Lead customer training sessions to maximize solution benefits.
- Create and maintain technical training materials for internal and external audiences.
- Mentor team members and share insights to promote continuous learning.
Process Improvement
- Document and standardize technical implementation processes to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in technical delivery.
Our Ideal CandidateExperience
- Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical integration or implementation roles within B2B SaaS, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record in managing software implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects with multiple software integration, and various stakeholders, in complex, regulated environments. Experience in the healthcare domain will be an advantage
- Successfully delivered projects across Europe and/or the Middle East and other countries
Technical and business acumen
- Proficiency with complex system integrations, data management solutions, and third-party software integrations, preferably in healthcare, finance, or other data-driven industries. Knowledge of APIs, data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and healthcare integration frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with regulated environments like healthcare, including the understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Proficient in operating systems Windows and Linux, Apache Tomcat, and Postgresql
- Experienced in application and infrastructure troubleshooting and Ansible IT automation scripting
- Proficiency in utilizing Google and Apple products, as well as familiarity with project management software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, time tracking tools
- Good project management skills with experience in Agile, PMP, or Lean methodologies.
- Experience with HubSpot, project management tools, and productivity tools to manage customer success activities and track project progress

A Day in the Life
It’s Thursday, and you’re managing multiple healthcare integration projects across Europe. You start your day with a technical daily meeting in the mid of the Sprint, reviewing the progress of ongoing integrations with the implementation team. Using Scrumban methodologies, you align on priority tasks, address any technical blockers, and ensure key milestones are on track.
Mid-morning, you join an alignment session with a customer’s technical team and third-party vendors. You troubleshoot an issue related to HL7 message configurations, ensuring seamless communication between systems. You clarify integration dependencies and set expectations for the next deployment phase.
Afterwards, you dive into system validation and verification testing for a new deployment. You ensure the configuration aligns with the solution blueprint and all integrations are performing optimally. Any findings are documented, and you flag items requiring escalation to the Product team.
Post-lunch, you collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights from customer feedback and flagging potential areas for improvement in the product roadmap. You propose minor configuration adjustments to enhance interoperability based on real-world use cases.
In the afternoon, you update project management tools, documenting progress, risks, and upcoming milestones. You prepare detailed status updates for the Customer Success Manager to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
As the day wraps up, you lead a training session for a customer’s IT team, walking them through key integration workflows and best practices for ongoing system maintenance. Before logging off, you review tomorrow’s priorities and flag any dependencies requiring cross-team collaboration.
