We have an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join our Implementation and Enablement Team as an Integration Analyst. This customer-focused role is essential for ensuring our customers have a smooth and reliable experience with our product integrations. You’ll provide ongoing support, troubleshoot integration issues, and offer technical guidance to help customers overcome challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams like Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering, you’ll be key to ensuring quick and effective resolutions for integration-related issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our solutions. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support to customers by analyzing reported integration issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Engage with customer IT teams to understand their integration issues, provide support, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Product and Engieering teams to triage Integration issues that need product and/or engineering support.
- Support ad-hoc requests from carriers requiring technical assistance.
- Assist in the technical aspects of onboarding new customers, ensuring they have the support needed to start strong.
- Maintain and update public-facing integration documentation, including help center articles and Postman specs
- Use monitoring tools to track customer integration performance, proactively detecting and addressing issues before they impact the customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years in a technical support, implementation, or similar role, preferably supporting SaaS integrations or APIs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, understanding technical requirements and effectively liaising between customers and internal teams.
- Clear, effective communicator across phone, in-person, and written interactions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, ready to take on diverse responsibilities and work independently.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting tools. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Java Script) is a plus.
