Responsibilities - your mission

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in Airbus Defence and Space Is a core End to End (E2E) business governance framework which:

  • Forecasts resource needs based on scenario planning in order to foster decisions and to be better prepared for the future.

  • Optimizes the Workload (WL) / Headcount (HC) planning for the current year up towards the next 3-5 years.

  • Acts as an umbrella over several corporate planning processes, e.g:

    •           Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

    •           Forecast (FC)

    •           Operative Planning (OP)

    •           Estimate at Completion (EAC)

    •           Strategic Allocation of Resources (StAR)

 

The IBP  Driver service supports the Air Power IBP Team Leader to ensure the operational execution of the IBP, OP and S&OP processes as well as the baseline (budget, time and scope) across Air Power.

 

Among other activities and deliverables, you will support on :

  • Driving the IBP process at Air Power level. This means leading the yearly Demand Reviews, convergence meetings with the inputs of the CoC’s and functions, for approval by Programmes and Finance, and calling the Executive Meeting review

  • Working closely  to ensure the successful achievement of the yearly IBP process contribution

  • Preparing baseline & update scenario, identifies impacts of programme new/ additional requirements, assumptions change or major events – to support decision at programme level

  • Maintaining the Air Power Baseline IBP  Data Base  that is the baseline (budget, planning, scope) master file for all budget, internal and external headcount, legal entities, etc for the following 5 years.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • University degree (Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree)

  • Working experience in Programme and Project Management Strong experience in Google environment (mainly Gsheets, Looker and Slides)

  • Project Management Processes Methods and Tools

  • Stakeholder Management skills

  • Fluent in English. Spanish and/or German is a plus.

  • PMP certification or Airbus PM certification is a plus

  • Experience in Finance departments will be a plus
