You will be responsible for introducing the drug’s assistance program, conducting benefit investigations and navigating reimbursement issues. Job tasks include entry of patient data, researching insurance benefits, contacting insurers, advising the healthcare provider and/or patient of patients’ benefits, identifying patient access barriers and seeking resources to overcome barriers.

- Location: Overland Park, Kansas - Employees on this team will remain on-site for training then have the opportunity to go remote.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts will be available within 7am - 7pm CST Monday through Friday (NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
- Answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls to introduce services.
- Gathers patient data, addresses the needs of the patient and reviews insurance benefits.
- Records the call details in patient data system.
- Contacts insurers for verification of benefits.
- Conducts follow-up with pharmacies.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role addressing customers by telephone and providing information about product/services.
- 2 to 4 years of experience maintaining records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries.
- Medical, Dental and Vision benefits become effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
- Employees are fully vested in their 401(k) after 90 days of employment.
- PTO is preloaded into employees account based on hire date. Year one employees are prorated with 100 hours (12.5 days) and then increased to 140 hours (17.5 days) at year two.
- Vacation bonus based on tenure ($1,000/upon 3 year anniversary and $2,500/ upon 5 year anniversary)
