Job Description
You will be responsible for shaping the overall insurance business strategy, including Bancassurance and SCB Protect businesses. Your role involves developing new business strategies and models, assessing insurance business performance, and conducting research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop the in-depth insurance strategy and mission
- Create strategic plans and analyze business proposals by conducting market analysis and research competition to identify threats and opportunities, as well as understand customer needs and insights
- Strategize and develop Bancassurance and SCB Protect business strategies
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
- Initiate new operating models and drive new business development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in strategic planning or business consulting
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
- Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
