Job Description
Job Summary:
You're responsible for overseeing and driving key projects within the Bancassurance business. This includes strategic planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects align with the business goals and objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, while leading project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion, while continuing to track post-execution performance and recommending areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify, monitor, and manage potential project risks throughout the project lifecycle while developing effective mitigation strategies
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution, while providing regular financial updates to stakeholders
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, while conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Insurance, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance business development or project management
- Proven experience in managing key strategic projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Results-driven with insurance business acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
