Job Description

Main tasks

• Supports management of Group Insurance programs together with Head Risk Management
• Administration of group insurance programs, including captive vis-à-vis insurers, Group companies and broker

Working with

Internal

• Head Risk Management
• Local insurance responsibles, local Controllers
• Head Finance Central Services
• Group Controlling

External

• Insurance companies
• Insurance brokers

Qualifications

Education

• University, FH, or comparable education in finance, business, economics or administration
• Additional training in insurance environment would be an asset
• Business fluent in German and English (oral and written), other languages an asset

Experience

• Experience in working in administrative matters in an industrial/manufacturing or insurance environment
• Experience in insurance matters preferred, suitable candidates without experience will receive solid on-the-job training

Skills

• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong analytical skills, precise working style
• Solid user knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel will play a pivotal role
• Focus on understanding business requirements
