The Role
As our Insurance Operations Manager, you'll be at the intersection of technology and insurance solutions, helping to revolutionize how Farther advisors and clients navigate insurance planning. You'll work with our cutting-edge platform to deliver seamless insurance experiences while ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for advisors and clients..
Your Impact
- Oversee daily insurance operations including carrier appointments, licensing, and advisor requests
- Manage billing setup and reporting with IMOs and carriers
- Monitor new business and direct carriers
- Serve as primary point of contact for advisors and insurance partners
- Lead educational seminars and provide one-on-one consultations
- Generate and analyze insurance illustrations and maintain documentation
- Support new insurance illustration development, implementation, and conversions
- Create presentations with insights and recommendations for improvements
The Ideal Match
- 5+ years of hands-on insurance experience, including life, annuities, long term care, and disability insurance
- CLU, CISR, CIC or similar industry certification
- Deep understanding of state, national, and SEC regulations pertaining to insurance
- Track record of managing multiple client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Data analysis skills
