This role provides commercial lines support by issuing certificates of insurance and other tasks for Account Managers.

Essential Duties and Functions:
- Proficiently use agency management and document systems
- Issue certificates of insurance under direction of Account Manager
- Issue evidences of property insurance under direction of Account Manager
- Issue certificates of property insurance under direction of Account Manager
- Take certificate request calls from insureds, closing agents, lenders
- Issue renewal certificates by renewal date
- Adhere to a 24-hour turnaround for individual certificate requests
- Verify coverage and special wording requests with the Account Manager
- Utilize Image Right Tasks to track certificates
- Forward copies of certificates to carriers if required
