Your role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Audit Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to collect records necessary for auditors to conduct virtual audits. The Insurance Audit Assistant will receive assignments from Audit Inventory Specialists (AIS) and work closely with policyholders to gather accurate and summarized documentation. In 6 Months, you will:
- Manage a workload of 100-150 audits, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Contact policyholders to obtain necessary documentation for audits.
- Conduct inventory contact with policyholders and follow up on a weekly basis.
- Obtain and collect required documents within a 30-day timeframe.
- Work with difficult clients to gather necessary information for audits.
- Determine the accuracy and completeness of records obtained and escalate any discrepancies to the auditor.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-5 years experience in insurance, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and policies is a plus.
- Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus.
- WCRIB Certification (preferred)
- APA designation (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $14.50-16.00 per hour.
The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
