A critical component for the success of our customers is ensuring their sales team consumes the content created for them. Mindtickle’s Content as a Service (CaaS) team helps our customers in this journey. We are looking to grow this team.
At Mindtickle, in the role of Instructional Designer you will design, develop, and maintain engaging and interactive educational content, courses, and instructional materials.

- Design and develop engaging content using tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and others.
- Collaborate closely with peers and graphic designers to bring innovative learning solutions to life.
- Ensure excellence in every deliverable by conducting thorough quality reviews and refining content based on feedback.
- Develop reusable and scalable learning solutions that accelerate project deliveries.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Hold 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Content Creation.
- Have an experience using PowerPoint.
- Want exposure to cutting-edge instructional design trends and technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.
- Want to contribute to impactful learning experiences that help clients see the value of training through real-world applications.
- Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Own Instructional Design certification then it is a plus.
- Are experienced in end-to-end content development then it is a plus.
- Acquire working knowledge of Articulate 360 is good to have.
- Obtain exposure to multiple output formats (SCORM, videos, job aids, etc.) then it would be an advantage.
