Scope:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating both classroom training and eLearning modules. Your work will focus on developing educational content that is product-specific, functional, technical, and process-oriented, aimed at enhancing the skills of our employees, customers, and partners.
Tools you will be utilizing:
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, HTML, and other relevant authoring tools to create and design training materials.
What you’ll do:
- Take charge of the full cycle of eLearning and instructor-led training material development.
- Utilize the ADDIE model to design and develop impactful training materials.
- Analyze source content and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to outline training.
- Produce design documents, storyboards, job aids, and assessments, ensuring compliance with our design standards and templates.
- Craft highly interactive and engaging courses with the latest authoring tools.
- Conduct reviews of course deliverables.
- Work closely with the Learning Operations team for course deployment and testing in the Learning Management System.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of the assigned courses.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Project Leads/Content Manager, providing regular updates as needed.

The Anglian Water's @one Alliance is a partnership consisting of 8 companies, who each provide specialised knowledge allowing the @one Alliance to deliver complex delivery projects in the most efficient way, reducing the cost to Anglian Water’s customers.
Within @one Alliance we’ve currently embarked on a huge programme of work costing a massive £1.2 billion. We’ve entered year 5 of our current 5-year Asset Management Period (AMP7) meaning we’re full steam ahead in delivering around 50% of Anglian Water’s capital delivery projects.
Our partners are Anglian Water Asset Delivery, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB), SWECO, SKANSKA and MWH Treatment. Employees in the @one Alliance are employed across all our partner companies and work together to deliver complex programmes of work.
The @one Alliance is currently working on over 700 projects all designed to improve and expand the Anglian Water network to better serve existing customers and help ensure supply for future customers as well.
