WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking an Instructional and Campus Support, Los Angeles to join our organization. This person will join our Curriculum & Adult Learning organization.
Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to serve as an Instructional and Campus Support within the Los Angeles Training Department. The Instructional and Campus Support will play an important role in our organization’s mission, as they support our inventory of deliveries between our main campus and satellite office, as well as support with some of the pre-deployment tasks mentioned below:
Overall Focus:
Candidates should be able to provide effective support for the site location, in particular, they should be able to do the following:
Inventory
- Responsible for maintaining inventory records, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with our procurement department. They may use dollys to move items.
- Responsible for managing a company’s stock, including tracking inventory levels, updating inventory counts, and maintaining inventory records using Smartsheets
Pre-Deployment Tasks
- General tasks are geared towards confirming all equipment is staged and prepared for setup during deployment week.
- Set up the tables and any furniture in the classroom as per the design layout.
- Confirm quantities of equipment and supplies ordered.
- Place and unbox systems and equipment at each seat location.
Learner and Instructor location/seat
- Primary System
- Portable monitor

Production Rack and MIR
- Routers
- Switches
- Servers
- Firewalls
- Patch Panels
- UPS
- Printer
- Shelves
Asset Management
- Gather system information from all the equipment into an inventory sheet, which will be uploaded into Asset Tiger i.e. make, model, serial number, CPU, ram, storage, etc
- Print and affix Full Asset ID numbers to all hardware assets in the classroom.
Power to the tables and cable management
- Install power strips to tables with clamps.
- Install Cable Management System to the edge of the desks
- Install patch cables from the outlets on the walls to the tables.
- 2 per seat
- print the port number and place it on the desk
- Install all LV cables into the split loom
- Install split loom and power cable in the cable management system.
- Initial System Provisioning
- Complete OOBE provisioning on the learner and instructor systems, and scripts.
- They will be added to the Windows Domain environment during deployment week.
- Break and Fix system
- Test each system to ensure it passes POST
- Techkit needs to be assembled and tagged with the system tag they go with.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of $35,000-$41,600. The difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including alignment with qualifications and level of experience.
