Sales will be a major driver of our organic growth towards 2025. We are looking for someone for an exciting role within our Sales organisation.

With our Double Impact strategy, our ambition is to double Hempel’s revenue by 2025 through both organic growth and mergers or acquisitions. This significant step-change in our growth will be delivered through leadership in our chosen segments, customer partnerships and sustainability leadership. To support the ambition, we aspire to deliver excellence through our Sales support services.

You will be joining our dedicated Sales team and you will be working in our Sales department based in Czech Republic.


The Role of Inside Sales:
 

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining price lists, responding to commercial queries, relationship building with our daily customers and providing pro-active customer contact.
  • Supporting the Commercial organisation in documentation & administration like data sheets and technical statements, guarantees and approvals.
  • Commercial and Growth Responsibilities for our baseload of daily customers. Generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling.
  • First point of contact for customers for providing the required information
  • Processing and managing quotations and specifications.
  • Giving product advice to customer whilst forming trusting relationships.
  • Using all company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customer.
  • Strong compliance focus
  • Working in accordance with Sales processes in all commercial activities

A successful Inside Sales candidate:

To succeed in the role the following skills and experience will be required:

  • To have a proven track record within Sales and Protective Coatings.
  • Must be fluent in both Czech and English languages.
  • 2-5 years experience in coating industry (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge in paint technology and application (preferred)
  • Well-rounded excel skills including Microsoft Office package, CRM and D365
