BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering and contributing to a superior customer experience through the accurate and timely development of quotes, entertaining of sales orders, configuring product to meet customer demand, and sales reporting.
Key Accountabilities of The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist :
Will be expected to provide support to the customer (Dealers and end-users) in the technical functions of Bolzoni Auramo attachments including: troubleshooting assistance, and application analysis. This role also provides feedback to product engineering in the manner of product improvement recommendations, and prototype testing inspection and analysis.
The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist is an onsite position.
Key Accountabilities:

Provide world class technical coaching and support to dealer and OEM service organizations

Customer service calls answered on first call from customer, or call backs made within 5 minutes of message receipt
-
Minor technical assistance requests resolved within 4 hours of first contact
-
Major technical problems either resolved or converted within 48 hours of first contact
-
Relay knowledge derived from customer feedback and field based experience to drive improvements across variable Bolzoni USA functions

Projects completed within time frame specified to support product design improvement and cost reduction
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Associates or technical trade school education typically received beyond high school
-
5+ years’ experience in industrial equipment repair troubleshooting and customer service

Knowledge of hydraulic and electric operational systems
-
Customer service liaison between customer and all departments

The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field)

Bachelor's and 1 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods.

Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience in Engineering field.

High School Diploma and 5+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field.
