We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Inside Sales and Support Representative with experience in sales, customer engagement, and technical support. You will play a key role in growing autoniq’s customer base by identifying prospects, engaging with potential customers, and assisting with onboarding and product support. This role involves outbound calling, consultative selling, and proactive follow-ups with automotive dealers and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.

You Will: 

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to introduce autoniq’s products and services. 

  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable product solutions. 

  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

  •  Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting product-related inquiries. 

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize outreach strategies and maximize engagement. 

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions. 

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings. 

  • Provide backup customer support to maintain service continuity. 

Must Have’s: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role. 

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  •  Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and track customer interactions. 

  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of autoniq’s products. 

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. 

Nice to Have’s

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).

  • Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with dealer tools and technology. 

  • Understanding of subscription-based SaaS sales models. 

  • Background in customer retention or upselling strategies. 

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume outbound sales role.
