Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) supports New Era Technology's Global Digital Transformation efforts by driving lead generation, pipeline development, and campaigns in collaboration with our strategic partners, Microsoft and SAP. The ISR is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create opportunities for the Business Development team to close. This role requires a hunter mindset, spending the majority of time on phone, email, and social media networks to develop meaningful business relationships and uncover opportunities that align with New Era Technology's Digital Transformation offerings.

In addition to traditional sales responsibilities, the ISR will collaborate with Microsoft and SAP to drive joint campaigns, leveraging partner ecosystems to generate mutual growth opportunities.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to a segmented list of prospects using phone, email, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with New Era’s GTM strategy and campaigns.
  • Partner with Microsoft and SAP teams to drive strategic campaigns and co-develop pipeline opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and ensure alignment with New Era’s solutions.
  • Research and identify decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations using resources like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and industry publications.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs, aligning those needs with New Era’s value proposition.
  • Document all prospect interactions and updates in the CRM system (Dynamics & ConnectWise), maintaining accurate and detailed records of activities, notes, and opportunities.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team to ensure seamless handoff and progression of qualified leads.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs, including:
    • Daily Outreach: 25+ targeted calls/emails/social touches.
    • Monthly Goals: 8 meetings scheduled, 4 qualified opportunities created.
  • Stay current on technology trends and competitive landscape, particularly within digital transformation solutions and Microsoft/SAP ecosystems.
  • Attend training sessions to continually improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.


Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, and partner ecosystems, especially Microsoft and SAP.
  • Ability to articulate New Era’s value proposition and translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics & ConnectWise), Microsoft Office 365, and social selling tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo.
  • Strong communication skills, including business writing, presentations, and virtual product demonstrations.
  • Resilience and a results-driven mindset to overcome obstacles and meet targets consistently.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, or customer service.
  • Experience working with Microsoft or SAP technology ecosystems is preferred.


Expected Hours of Work:
Standard business hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (local time)
