Inside Sales Specialist II

Position Summary: 
The Inside Sales Specialist II is responsible for proactively managing sales communications and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. With expertise in customer engagement and sales processes, you will handle inquiries, process transactions, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs. Your role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and act on sales opportunities, achieving targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Engage proactively with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels. 

  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend products and solutions to meet customer requirements. 

  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate transaction records. 

  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to strategize on achieving sales objectives. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role. 

  • Proven success in sales communication and customer relationship management. 

  • Strong skills in needs assessment and solution selling. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Expertise in using CRM tools and managing sales data. 

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions efficiently. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently. 

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment. 

  • Understanding of product offerings and customer needs in the market served.
