Position Overview
CCRT is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth across our aerospace and defense portfolio, including software solutions, hardware products, and maintenance services. This role manages multiple sales channels, including direct sales to intracompany divisions, channel partners, and eCommerce platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5+ years of inside sales experience in aerospace, defense, or related technical industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product details
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in technical sales or engineering
- Experience with virtual sales techniques and tools

- Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
