Job Description
WeLink is looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join a new team and to help grow our customer base across multiple markets. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment, with a ton of growth, this is the place for you. Our Inside Sales team will work closely with other teams, taking customer orders, following up on leads, and answering customer questions.
Essential Job Functions
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Gain a strong understanding of our service and mission
● Answer detailed questions about our service
● Ensure customer satisfaction by helping them in an amiable and efficient way
● Follow up on warm leads to further and ensure the sales process
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
● Asking all customers for referrals
● Strict attention to detail to ensure accurate customer records
● Follow up with potential customers and leads
● Schedule: 4 weeks of training - M-F (9-5:30pmMST), Regular schedule - Tues - Sat (8-9:30amMST start
time with flexible 8 hour shift times including a 30 or 60 minute lunch.
● Required to work in office once a week at Lehi, UT Corporate Office (1 day a week/4 days month)
Experience/Qualifications
● Previous Sales Experience preferred
● Experience with Microsoft office specifically in Excel
● Experience with Google Suite
● Ability to adapt in a changing and evolving environment
● Fast learner
● Desire to go above and beyond
● Flexibility to work on projects that may fall outside of your Job Description
● Team Player
● Positive and friendly
Base hourly rate ($18-$20/hr.) + commission
