The Inside Sales Representative thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to help accelerate growth. This role is responsible for making dozens of connections per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, advancing the sales process, closing new sales and account expansion opportunities, and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will also conduct research to identify new client leads and reach business targets through sales marketing tools, emails, telephone calls, webinars and tradeshows.
What You'll Do:
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Understand Lessen’s key business offerings, speak to their differentiated value and to align those offerings with client needs
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives
- You will partner with real estate owners and property management companies to support their current property services by offering On Demand access to Lessen’s vast technician network
- Identify prospect’s current purchasing solution and offer Lessens One Source marketplace which provides “Nation’s Best Pricing” on many supplies and materials
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using Salesforce CRM software.
- Provide excellent and effective customer service assisting both external and internal customers
You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of experience in selling to key decision makers required.
- Two years of experience in an inside sales role
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the software services, real estate or facility management industries
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required.
- System Experience: Salesforce preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
