Our Inside sales specialist
• Is a brilliant seller and ambassador of our vendors
• Enjoys communicating with B2B customers from the IT industry
• Likes working across internal and external teams of all levels to support the customer proactively
• Maintains accurate customer master records including licenses, software, and service contract expiration dates
• Is responsible for performing e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives
• Is an excellent negotiator who manages a daily schedule of calls and emails and updates an internal database
